Works carried out on a maintenance basis have a minimum charge of 1 hour, following this rates will be charged in 15minute increments. Works carried out under *day rate are based on 8 hours of work, following this standard rates will apply. All rates exclude VAT and materials.

Material collection for none stocked items is kept to a minimum and will not exceed 45minutes of the current hourly rate for that trade.

Estimates and quotes are generally non-chargeable or deducted from the final invoice if agreed.

No charges for ULEZ, central congestion is chargeable. Works estimated for one working day or more require the customer to be responsible for parking, if free parking is not available at the address.

Payment must be made in full upon receipt of the invoice. Works quoted or estimated above £500+VAT require a 50% deposit to be paid before work can commence. Payments are accepted via bank transfer, cash, payment link or card reader.
