How we work

Initial consulatation

After you submit one of our enquiry forms, we will contact you by text or WhatsApp to gather information about the service you require and then arrange an over-the-phone consultation to discuss details.

Site Visit

During your over the phone consultation a site visit will be arranged. during the site visit accurate measurements will be taken of the room or space your project is to take place in. You will also be given brochures to help you choose your final designs and specifications.

Plans and quote

Once the full specifications of your project are confirmed you will be provided with a design pack and quote, this usually takes approximately 48 hours, feel free to change the design and enquire about the price at this point. once you are happy a deposit invoice will be sent.

Installation and handover

Work will commence by one of our highly experience team members, following all preapproved plans. For smaller projects the installer will do the final handover, whereas on larger scale projects your project manger will provide this service.
