How we work

Initial consultation

After you submit one of our enquiry forms, we will contact you by text or WhatsApp to gather information about the service you require and then arrange an over-the-phone consultation to discuss details.

Site Visit

During your phone consultation, a site visit will be arranged. During the visit, accurate measurements will be taken of the room or space where your project will take place. You will also be provided with brochures to help you choose your final designs and specifications.

Plans and quote

Once the full specifications of your project have been confirmed, you will be provided with a design pack and quotation. This usually takes approximately 48 hours. At this stage, you are welcome to make changes to the design and enquire about pricing adjustments. Once you are completely satisfied, a deposit invoice will be issued.

Installation and handover

Work will commence with one of our highly experienced team members, following all pre-approved plans. For smaller projects, the installer will carry out the final handover, while for larger-scale projects, your project manager will provide this service.
